Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Wyse Synergy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Services
Wyse Synergy provides strategic consulting services including but not limited to:
- Event Production & Strategy
- Brand Development
- Synergy Partnerships
The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals provided to clients.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of Wyse Synergy, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
- Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Wyse Synergy and its partners
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during our engagement
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Wyse Synergy during the course of providing services remains the property of Wyse Synergy until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables specifically created for the client will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified. Wyse Synergy retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. General terms include:
- Deposits may be required to commence work
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyse Synergy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wyse Synergy for the services in question.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, pricing information, and creative concepts. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any materials or deliverables created will be handled according to the intellectual property terms outlined above.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
